  Vetanic Enters into Capital and Business Alliance with Sysmex Corporation and Kohjin Bio Co., Ltd.

  We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Sysmex Corporation [TSE Prime: 6869; Headquarters: Kobe, Hyogo] and Kohjin Bio Co., Ltd. [TSE Growth: 177A; Headquarters: Sakado, Saitama].

  In the research and development of cell therapy and regenerative medicine products utilizing animal iPS cell technology in the field of veterinary medicine, we will promote collaboration to leverage Sysmex’s advanced analytical and quality control technologies, as well as Kohjin Bio’s strengths in custom culture media development. As a foundation for strengthening this partnership, we have executed a third-party allotment of new shares with both companies as allottees and established a capital alliance.
